hello friends,

I have joined the WP community only a month ago.I have just started to make a new Game with wildpockets API. This is similar to the traditional and classical game of Breakout or Bricksout. The main difference is that this game is full 3D game in which the ball moves in all directions. The aim is to make the bricks/blocks to disappear by hitting them with the moving ball. The pad is moved with mouse and prevent the ball from going off the screen and bounce back to hit the bricks. This is only just one LEVEl and I intend to make atleast 50 Levels with many tricks and vriants to make it interesting. The game can be played online at:

http://namchennai.com/jags/breakoutnew.html.

please try it out and let me have your views and suggestions.

The game isn't loading for me

The game isn't loading for me and I think I know why.  One thing that you have to do when you want to share your game to the public is that you have to make the scene public.  To do this you can go to the button in the builder labeled "my library" and there should be a list of your assets.  You'll want to find the pocket you're trying to share, which from what I can tell is "leorus/breakoutnew" and if you click on it, a little window should pop up with an option "make public".  You'll want to click that and then anyone will be able to play your game.  Let us know if you do that so we can check out your game.

Awesome, it works now.  Great

Awesome, it works now.  Great start to the game.  The gameplay reminds me a lot of a flash table tennis style game I played a few years back.  I think the one thing it really needs right now is something to make it easier to tell how far away the ball is.  Maybe displaying the shadow below the ball would help, but right now it's sort of difficult to tell where it is.  Keep up the good work.
